A North country native, I played 4 years of Varsity basketball at Lyme Central school in Chaumont, NY.  I helped lead our team to the 2007 Section III Class D Finals with stout defense my Junior year.  I was a 3 year Varsity starter and named Captain and Frontier League All Star during my senior year.

I have coached many sports at the youth level, including soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

I joined Immaculate Heart Central coaching staff in 2023-2024 as the Cavaliers Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach to help rebuild the program.  I am excited to bring my knowledge of the game and defensive strategy to the school and get IHC back to Frontier League prominence.
