Dear IHC Community,
Immaculate Heart Central was notified by Jefferson County Public Health of a positive case of COVID-19 affecting a student at the Jr/Sr High School. As per our reopening plan, we will keep our community informed of all cases involving IHC students or staff.
Jefferson County Public Health will conduct contact tracing for those individuals who may have been
exposed. The contact tracing process identifies anyone who comes into close contact with someone who has COVID-19. Contact tracing slows the spread of COVID-19 and helps protect you, your family, and our community. If you are contacted by Jefferson County Public Health, please follow their recommendations.
As much as Immaculate Heart Central is attempting to be transparent in this matter, we are faced with
competing rights of our students and staff. IHC is not permitted to release any additional information.
