Please see the following message from Athletic Director Tom O'Brien regarding the 2021 Spring Sport season.
The Athletic Department would like to clarify the dates for spring sports. Girls modified lacrosse, girls varsity lacrosse, and boys golf will start on Monday April 19th. Lacrosse practices (modified 3:30-5:00) (varsity 4:15-6:00) will be outside unless there is inclement weather. Boys Golf will start Monday in Room 102 to discuss schedules, etiquette, course information, and a quick practice at school. If you have any questions please contact Tom O'Brien in the Athletic office.
IHC would like to introduce a few spring coaches. Jason Burto returns for another year as the head coach for our girls varsity lacrosse team, along with his trusted assistant Gabby Navarra. They will be joined this year by Stacy Bauter, who has coached boys and girls lacrosse in the area for decades. He will be a valuable addition to the staff. Louis Ingrassia, a sixth grade teacher in our elementary school, will be our Modified lacrosse coach this year. He has several years of coaching experience. Welcome Mr. Ingrassia. Lastly, we are proud to announce the resurrection of our golf program. Mr. Sam Booth will be the boys golf coach this year. He has been involved for years coaching youth sports at IHC, and brings a wealth of knowledge and golf experience to the program.
